Where many stand up against a Society strewn with robots dangerous to Humanity, the majority do not yet distinguish that it is decision-making processes, automated, thoughtful, but software that already manage our daily lives.

You have probably already contacted the technical support (Hotline) or customer service of a mobile operator. If you have used the proposed Chat tool, few of you know that the answers were provided to you by a pure software artificial intelligence called BOT.

In addition, it learns automatically thanks to the databases to which it has access, the analysis of your questions but especially your answers.

The fear of a failure especially caused by a hack fuels the spirits.

Some, like the Brilliant Ray Kurzweil, go headlong, convinced already for more than 10 years, of the evolution of the human species towards the man-machine singularity.

In 2018, experts, specialists and visionaries are unanimous.

Robots and machines equipped with artificial intelligence will soon be able to learn for themselves that a task would be carried out with more precision, speed and therefore efficiency if it is entrusted to a robotic-intelligent entity rather than a human being.

This stage in the evolution of AI can clearly be assimilated to a notion of awareness between machines.

This awareness could not only deprive some human beings of their responsibilities. But we can quite imagine that an artificial intelligence in charge of assigning a task will one day face a human challenge.

Today nothing proves that this intelligence will not be able to self-create, to trigger and then optimize a process of bypassing the human being.

We can imagine that this circumvention could go as far as the arrest, the arrest, the detention or even the execution of this human being by an artificial intelligence to whom other human beings would have entrusted, with police and judicial responsibilities. .

In 2017, several court cases were given to an artificial intelligence in order to analyze its decision. In 80% of cases, the judgment pronounced by the IA is identical to that pronounced by a human judge.
